Mario Boyanov Bobotsov

Born on February 14, 2002. He graduated from the Lyubomir Pipkov National Music School in the piano class of Mrs. Milka Miteva, where he began his education at the age of six.

Mario Bobotsov was accepted to continue his bachelor's degree in piano at the Royal Conservatory in Birmingham, UK with a full scholarship for the entire academic period in the class of Prof. Paskal Nemirovski. He was also awarded a bachelor's degree by Manes School, New York, USA.

Mario Bobotsov is an 8-time winner of the Lydia Kuteva Memorial Scholarship, established by Prof. Pavlina Dokovska, USA and administered by the St. St. Cyril and Methodius International Foundation.

In 2020 he won a full scholarship from the American Foundation for Bulgaria in the name of Prof. Pavlina Dokovska and from the International Keyboard Institute and Festival Manhattan, New York.

He is a laureate of the Yordan Kamjalov Foundation for 2020.

Mario Bobotsov has won numerous awards, including:

"2021 - First Prize at the International Millersville Keyboard Division Piano Competition, Pennsylvania, USA

"2020 - Third Prize at the Lancaster International Piano Festival, USA, as he is the youngest winner in the Young Artist category (18-35 years)

"2020 - First prize in the Classic Music Online Competition Perusia Harmonica, Perugia, Italy

2019 - First prize at the XXIII International Youth Music Competition "HOPE, TALENTS, MASTERS" - Dobrich

"2018 - First Special Prize at the 29th MC FLAME, Paris, France

2018 - Grand Prix of the International Competition "Sante Centurione", Chieti, Italy

2018 - Premio Virtuoso of MK "Sante Centurione", Chieti, Italy

"2015 - Third Prize of the 48th International Competition" VIRTUOSI PER MUSICA DI PIANOFORTE ", ???stн nad Labem, Czech Republic

2016 - Third Prize of the Mila Mihailova Piano National Theater, Varna

2016 - Third Prize of the 20th MC "Hopes, Talents, Masters", Dobrich
